Dr. Jane Kutsowsky is a dedicated and compassionate optometrist with over two decades of experience providing comprehensive eye care. A 2002 graduate of the SUNY College of Optometry, she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with Cum Laude honors. During her clinical training, Dr. Kutsowsky completed an externship at the St. Albans VA Medical Center, where she focused on the diagnosis and management of complex ocular diseases. She also completed the Cornea & Contact lenses externship program at SUNY College of Optometry, gaining advanced expertise in fitting custom contact lenses for patients with Keratoconus and other corneal conditions. 

Dr. Kutsowsky provides full-scope primary eye care, including routine exams, pediatric vision care, co-management of cataract and LASIK surgery, diabetic eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, blepharitis and macular degeneration.

Her specialties include:

• Myopia Management, including Orthokeratology (Ortho-K), Atropine, MiSight

• Dry Eye Therapy, featuring Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment, Punctal Plugs, Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT)

• Specialty Hard Contact Lens Fitting, including scleral and RGP lenses
   

Dr. Kutsowsky is known for her personalized approach, commitment to patient education, and passion for using the latest technology to enhance eye health and provide the highest quality care.

When she is not in the office, Dr. Kutsowsky enjoys life in New Jersey with her husband and their two children.

Dr. Yelena Maryams is an experienced optometrist with over 20 years of clinical expertise. She graduated from Binghamton University and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the SUNY College of Optometry. As part of her clinical training, Dr. Maryams completed externships at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and the Northport VA Medical Center, where she gained advanced experience in diagnosing and managing complex ocular conditions.

Dr. Maryams provides full scope primary eye care for adults and children as well as management of ocular diseases such as diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, blepharitis and co-management of cataract and LASIK surgery.

Her specialties are:

• Myopia Management, including MF Contact lenses, Atropine, MiSight

• Dry Eye Therapy, featuring Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment, Punctal Plugs, Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT)

Dr. Maryams is known for her thorough, compassionate, and patient-centered approach, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual needs of her patients. Dr. Maryams remains committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based care.

Fluent in Russian, Dr. Maryams is proud to serve a diverse patient population. Outside the clinic, she is passionate about travel, and is a devoted hockey mom to two teenage boys who play competitively. She also enjoys movies and reading books in her free time.

Dr. Aliye Vayner is a dedicated optometrist at Marlboro Family Eye Care, where she brings compassion, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to personalized patient care. A proud graduate of John Jay College with Bachelor of Science degree in Forensics, she went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 2011.

Dr. Vayner provides full comprehensive for the whole family and provides management of ocular diseases such as diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, blepharitis and co-management of cataract and LASIK surgery.

Her specialties include:

Dr. Vayner is passionate about all aspects of eye health and takes pride in building long-term relationships with her patients and their families. 

She lives locally with her husband and their three daughters, proudly embracing her role as the ultimate girl mom. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Vayner enjoys cooking, spending quality time with her family, and traveling across the country in their RV.
